The newly constructed six-story, 400,000-square-foot facility at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital marks a significant milestone in healthcare for Brooklyn. Located on 6th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues in Park Slope, it is the borough’s first major ambulatory care center in 40 years—and the largest of its kind.

The Center for Community Health redefines the patient experience, offering a seamless, patient-centered approach to care. As a premier destination for comprehensive outpatient services, it ensures patients receive individualized, coordinated treatment from diagnosis to recovery.

Designed to meet a wide range of medical needs, the center provides advanced ambulatory care services, including oncology, gastroenterology, endoscopy, and interventional radiology. It features a state-of-the-art infusion center, a cutting-edge diagnostic imaging center, and 12 modern ambulatory surgery operating rooms.
