As part of SUNY Farmingdale’s $185 million campus improvement plan, approximately 44,000 square-foot structure is a steel frame with concrete slab on metal deck. Three-story structure with office spaces on either side of double-loaded corridor. Islands responsibilities were the constructing of the three floors including the basement and most of the exterior framing and sheathing. LEED Silver Certification.
